Terms of Service

Last updated: May 20, 2026. These starter terms should be reviewed before broad commercial use.

1. Operator

ImpactAccounting.ai is operated by ViSoftware SA, Route de Saint-Maurice 34, c/o Olivier Küng, 1814 La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland (UID CHE-168.413.226). Contact: info@impactaccounting.ai.

2. Access to the service

The service is provided to approved users and customer workspaces. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you upload or create in the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, analyze, secure, support, and display that data for the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, violate third-party rights, upload data you are not authorized to process, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.

5. AI outputs

The service uses AI to generate impact analysis, assumptions, citations, forecasts, and reports. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

6. Professional decisions

The service supports impact valuation and reporting workflows but does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, or regulatory advice.

7. Confidentiality and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. You are responsible for configuring workspaces, access, exports, and uploads appropriately for your organization.

8. Suspension

We may suspend access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to security concerns, prevent misuse, or enforce applicable agreements.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply, unless a signed customer agreement says otherwise.

10. Priority of signed agreements

If you or your organization has a signed agreement with ViSoftware SA, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these online terms.
